The Planning (DPC)went well, the ES (Environmental Statement) was approved and the EIA certificate will be issued. That is all that is required in Gib to see this through. Not personally invested but thought that this should please all holders.

Some sneaky late sales trades 300k x 3 at below the bid! I assume the outcome of planning meeting is known to some, clearly our incompetent bod don't want to share this with all their investors.

It's a massive contract so would demand an instant RNS as soon as it is signed, however planning approval isn't a signature, just the final hurdle before..... hopefully ;-)

sort of like Microsoft doing the licensing bit and Dell building the computers?

No even a plant - Just a licence and consulting plus a few bits and pieces (tsese might be profitable subject to what they comprise) - the partner appears to be doing all the heavy lifting (construction - installation etc) where the big spend is (imo)
"In addition to licensing and designing the AMBC plant, Modern Water will also provide specialist equipment, supervise process commissioning of the plant and train the end customer's operations staff, while Advent will undertake project engineering, procurement, supply and installation of the system. Suspect our recent "investors" at tin pot are responsible, they will be happy to take a small profit and sit on the free options they were given!

When Modern Water have talked about a "plant" in the past it's usually been little more than a 20' or 40' closed container sized "plant".

IMHO, this RNS means nothing without at least some detail as to size, cost, etc., and smacks to me like previous MWG RNS's when, for example, they've sold a single hand held water monitor to a company.

I hope I'm proved wrong and that this is something more substantial, but I sadly doubt it.
