why not just do a placing after the Gibraltar contract then?

I suggest 500k was all they could get! Looks to me like a rescue rights at 5p will be coming....so out again with a small loss this time.

lets see where it settles when the sells stop. So far there has been 200K.
Why only get only a £500K loan if the cash was a problem. I see it as an insurance before the Gibraltar work kicks in. Not to mention other possible contracts.

dave4545:- Placing (imo) would have to be closer to 5p - May yet need one given the rate of cash burn -

Better than a placing at 7-8p buywell3

Must admit results are much worse than I expected. I was expecting rubbish results.

It's all about the future and winning more big deals starting with India

Swingeing .... a nice word but means something nasty ... many small caps are getting loans at only 2% above base rate

WHY are these having to pay 8% over base rate ... makes me wonder

''The loan will accrue interest at 8% over base rate including a fee for the EIB guarantee. No repayment of capital will be due in the first year. The facility is secured by a debenture and cross guarantee across all UK group companies. ''

Nasty surprise - Results worse than I expected and cash burn higher -
No jam - burnt toast - New debt facilities with a charge of 8% - If (imo) further delays on Gib then prospects (for current shareholders) poor.
"Total comprehensive loss for the year was £5.0m (2015: £2.2m) "

Yes SKY I wasn't too happy that the trade cost me so many shares. I was bored when I started playing around lol and maybe in hindsight I could have worked it better. I was hoping that the spread for the swap would be better than it ended up at but heyho you live and learn ...

Richie - "a Bed & Isa" - if it was then the investor should change his broker. No-one would give away 0.6p for such a trade...

Dave doubt anyone left who doesn't understand that. Most who are left are wanting to see what the bullish future earnings state imo. Hence a stale mate on the price at the moment...

I hope nobody freaks out and bails on the results. Remember they will not be good
but it's the forward outlook and jump in sales and hopefully profits to come in the next few years that are key here.

Nope, just one of those rare occasions a buyer and seller execute at the same time in a quiet stock.

ha ha a buyer and seller both executed similar amounts at the same time. If it went to the same mm which is doubtful though it would have been a instant £250 profit for them.

You know what. I do not think these small trades exist or are actually real.

I think mm's print false small trades below the real prices so they hope somebody might think well they are only getting 9.5p or 9.65p maybe I should take the 9.9p
that they are currently bidding.

It's all a con really.

I bought £1800 in a £66 mil stock and they delayed it 36 hours from showing it.

Actually looks good online 9.5-10.25p

Online 9.9-10.24p

I've left 90 day sell orders at prices way higher than this and that is why I'm taking the afternoon off, will look in last hour to see if any miracles have happened but my monitor is looking dire again.
