Mobius Investment Trust plc announces that Mr Charlie Yucheng Shi has resigned from his positions as independent, non-executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

The Board of MMIT thanks Mr Shi for his contribution and his support since the IPO of the Company.

Chairwoman Maria Luisa Cicognani commented that "the Board appreciates Mr. Shi's valuable contribution as a non-executive director of the Board and in particular as Chair of the Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Shi also exemplifies governance and compliance of high standard. We are sorry to see Mr. Shi's leaving his directorship position and wish him all the deserved success in the future".
