You're right, I made quick gains here and stupidly sold about 90% of my holding

Had to remind myself of what I held not what I'd made.

Managed to buy a few back over past week, but cant get back to where I was easily. Lesson learnt

At some point there'll be some news that will galvanise the market here .. Be that FY results, UK subsidiary start-up or any number of other irons in the fire coming to fruition.Meantime, i believe management have done a pretty fantastic job ever since IPO & just as all that hard work has come to fruition in terms of Revs, Cash & profits, the world has changed due to Covid and changed in a way that benefits this company very significantly.I'm sure one of the reasons why some people cant bring themselves to buy the shares is because it has already increased so much in value but, eventually they will appreciate that there are occasions when you just have to pay up for quality with opportunity, else see it disappear up & over the horizon without you & all of the previous price increase is nothing more than the equity value gradually catching up with reality. Still zero coverage from Allenby .. if the company was passing around the begging bowl then Allenby would be pumping the opportunity but, they are completely mute on MobilityOne & have never issued coverage or research.The business is going great guns with profits and cash rising fast so, does not seem necessary/appropriate to tap the equity markets at this time.Exciting and fascinating time in the development of the company and the founder certainly has plenty skin the game.

Another new daily closing high & the price has actually increased 10-fold over the last 18-months now, with virtually no fanfare & negligible commentary on this thread, outwith my recent contributions.

I had the same trouble and same amount offered a few weeks back - try a limit order? I was able to get my 12.5k top-up filled with a limit order at the same price as they were offering 1,500.

Yes, Cash is likely rising but, not as fast Mkt Cap has done so recently.
There is a bit of debt but, the company is net cash +ve & a bit of leverage wont hurt.
As i understand it, their business model requires them lodge cash with various financial entities according to quantum of financial settlements running through their eco-system between buyer & seller, as not 100% of all transactions will settle perfectly but, this is normal in such situations and debt to cover this, whilst leaving free cashflow in the business to grow the business is entirely sensible approach.

It is going to fascinating to learn how & in exactly what capacity the UK subsidiary enters the market .. presumably the easiest first steps are to act as conduit for money flows from UK to Malaysia but, I'm sure they have their eyes set on more than just this.

I believe this is really interesting company, just now flexing its wings after achieving a successful and profitable base on which to lever future growth.
It has sailed virtually entirely under the radar of UK investors for many years but, rightly now having a growing number of investors (& perhaps some traders) run the slide-rule over it and liking what they see.
A re-rate on success to date is long, long overdue & may well be arriving just at the time when much more noticeable growth is also shortly about to become apparent + some 'corporate' developments also look to be imminent.

Still a tiny, tiny company in terms of current mkt cap but, ticks (& is ticking) a lot of boxes that will encourage a growing number of long-term investors, imo.

In January this year, TFP Solutions established a JV (with Ace Capital Growth Bhd) which they have called One Gold Sdn. Bhd.
The purposes of which are described as:
"The Incorporation and joint venture is to mainly to facilitate TFP’s Group strategic plan to expand its Fin-Tech business segment to offer trading of precious metal to its customers."

I'm wondering if such will also be cross sold to members of the MBO ecosystem.

So notable recent Executive appointment at TFP Solutions and now notable new Non-Exec appointment for MBO.

So much going on here, it's proving difficult to keep up.

Hopefully folk can see how the Malaysian listed entity is complimentary to MBO & as they sign up users into their tech so, they are also linking those consumers into the MBO eco-system.Growth is clearly continuing apace

Cracking week for all invested in MBO .. was buying at under 16.5 on Monday and now can sell for over 20p.Proof enough that elephants don't gallop but, small high growth companies can and often do.Net-Debt Free and growing fast in Malaysia and the smoke signals are growing that go-live in the UK is getting closer.I suspect the news flow will continue to pick up this year and next.What more do folk want from a fin-tech Growth company?

I've added twice this week, just think the story is compelling and heading one way... IMO
