Certainly striding rapidly onwards and upwards, from that sudden mid-April to mid-May low.

Not much stock showing on L2 - totals of only 25k - spread between 4 mm's. each side of the bid/ask. Highest ask is 3.35p.

Aye, it has been hugely disappointing, bozzy.

I do know that some news is due, but am uncertain as to the nature of it.

Clearly some investor lost patience today, and dumped.

Looks overvalued by about £15m (market cap of £5m, company is worth -£10m as per the previous RNS - 7 whole months ago).

Balance sheet reminds me of PAA, MTV, PTV. Very few assets, plenty of liabilities, plenty of accumulated losses (£28m+ in fact).

I'm fair minded, so had a look at their trading history in case the last year or two have been a blip. Er, doesn't seem to be the case. Made a huge loss in 2014. And 2013. And 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2005. Lost at least £1m every year!!!

How on earth has this not been removed from the stock market? Surely they've had enough time (10+ years) and money (£28m+) to have figured a way to make a profit? They sounded quite confident in the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 reports. What do we expect for 2015? Another huge loss, with a lot of positive bluster from the company? A rehash of the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 updates?

Interesting day today. Dropped to 2p to buy and a flood of buys at that level. Background sell should be clear soon and hopefully improvements to come starting next week with the half yearly report. Very cheap price

The dearth of news is frustrating. But what may have been overlooked is that MBT is now, effectively, a subsidiary of Intechnology (ITO), since it owns 51% of the company.

ITO is has become effectively a start-up since the sale of its Managed Services business for £65m. The remaining businesses relate to healthcare tech services and WiFi (for stadia and cities/towns) and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if ITO conducts a reverse takeover of MBT.

That would raise the profile of ITO, inject funds into its fledgling enterprises, and - of course - bolster the financial standing of MBT.

We could be set for interesting times.

You spoke to soon lebiche. The share price falls on nothing, last two days have seen much of the gain wiped out on low volume, i hope its just long suffering holders jumping out to get something back. I still think PW takes this private at some stage. Why they put more money in at 6p with the share price at half that still escapes me. Looking forward to the agm where i think Fenn needs to answer some fairly pointed questions.
