Some decent news is imminent, methinks, with telecos in France, Canada and Mexico about to go live with MBT's platform. At least, that's my reading of recent announcements.

I was on holiday when the placing was reported - but it seems like a canny bit of negotiation by Intechnology: it keeps its percentage holding intact, takes £4m in cash and renders MBT close to debt free.

Intechnology shares are suspended on Asset Match, which is a pity because it would offer great exposure to MBT at a fraction of the cost (I deduce that from the last auction of shares). When it submits its FY accounts towards end of September the suspension will be lifted.

One to watch.

Just to make the point that you can now put MBT in your ISA and that many of the trades we are seeing of late are just that. Yesterday i moved shares into mine and my wifes ISA. They are shown as sells which is obviously wrong. I also bought another £900 worth just to use the full ISA allowance and that too is showing as a sell.

Not much to go on here at the moment. We know there are deals in the offing as reported in the results, the broker target is 32p, keep the faith and salt a few in your ISA.

FzShame you couldnt make it..hope yr feeling better nowMy take from the agm is that the french and mexican systems are pretty much installed and just waiting for operators to roll out services to their customersThey are in discussions with other large mobile operators and hope to have further contract news shortlyReally just confirming info released in final resultsThe investec note suggesting target price of 32p could be conservative depending on level of takeup by operators enterprise clients

Lebeiche..thanks..better late than never :)Peter Wilkinson was positive in his summary in the year end accounts just reported so I guess yr emails in similar vein..Looking fwd to the agm at end june..hopefully glean some info then as to the scale of the opportunity and income potential. .

I've exchanged emails with Peter Wilkinson, 21rich. Nothing price sensitive, obviously - and they must remain confidential - but they reflect his excitement in the prospects for the business.

They did say in last report that installation for french telecoms company and American movil in brazil and mexico should be completed by end june with launch in all three countriesAmerican movil launch includes consumer service as well as business. ..Maybe just the market pricing in these events as we get closer to end june?
