Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights

Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is pleased to announce the exercise of warrants by investors during the month.

A total of 7,150,000 warrants exercisable at 0.2p per share have been exercised.

A total of 7,150,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p nominal value each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued following the warrant exercises, and the proceeds received by the Company for this exercise totals GBP14,300.

The Company also announces that further to the issue of shares as announced on 18 March 2022, it did in fact issue 1 additional share (a total of 166,666,667 rather than the 166,666,666 as notified) and therefore the Company has now made an application for the admission of 1 Ordinary Share.

Application has been made for admission of the 1 new Ordinary Shares which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to be on or around 13 May 2022.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 3,285,590,326 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
