They don’t have any cash, they torched 80% of shareholders equity, you’d also notice UK and Germany still bleeding, franchising risk in the West Midlands, and no mention of margin, profit, or dividend reinstatement. But sure, let’s all cheer £25m while the group’s NAV just fell £800m. Strategic insight clearly isn’t your strong suit

Really? Why?

UK revenue down 2% — turnaround is slow, UK Coach fell 6%, and UK Bus is flat.
Germany down 3% — still plagued by driver shortages and penalties. PTA negotiations ongoing but unresolved.
The TfWM (West Midlands) shift to bus franchising introduces uncertainty to UK Bus profitability.
The update contains no profit or margin data, revenue growth doesn’t necessarily mean financial recovery.
