27/7/2023 09:03 | With debt interest increasing YoY, franchise costs increasing YoY, franchise profit margins shrinking YoY, and ever dwindling pricing power, you have ask yourself why a company like this with no assets and insane debt obligations can even be allowed to pay a dividend? Crazy! | my retirement fund

27/7/2023 07:39 | With over 2% shares short, we could easily get a short squeeze here. Especially as the share price trend turns up. Could be a very good day today. Ftse futures are all pointing upwards too. | wallywoo
27/7/2023 07:33 | And interest rates also coming down sooner than expected so that adds to the bull case here imo. | parob
27/7/2023 07:25 | It is clear in these results that MCG can reduce debt (£985 to £908m over the last 6 months), and pay good dividends (5p, 6 months ago and 1.7p announced today) That will be enough to ensure that MCG rerate over the next year imho. Onwards and upwards here chaps!! | wallywoo

27/7/2023 06:09 | Oh no, not wallywoo, you usually spend your time trolling companies. I filtered him ages ago wallywoo26 Jul '23 - 16:44 - 125 of 127 (Filtered) | hamhamham1
26/7/2023 17:05 | Wally I said the same in this post. | parob
26/7/2023 16:44 | Chart looks like a reverse head and shoulders breakout to me now.In the last accounts MCG had just shy of £1B net debt (£985m). There's no way they have enough cash for a share buyback. Best we can hope for is a decent debt reduction and a small dividend. Along with confirmed plans for the refinancing of this years and next years bonds that are maturing. | wallywoo
26/7/2023 16:12 | Well the chart looks much better. Fingers crossed! | parob |
