06/7/2022 12:39 | Completely agree, PIs will not have a say in a sale price but I personally do not think Talaxis or our other largest shareholders would accept a low ball offer is my point. Without looking back at the detail, positions were taken last year at higher prices than the current share price so very much doubt they would take a loss and accept a low ball offer. | jarega85
06/7/2022 12:31 | The last bit about trading wasn't aimed at you stuie btw | lewis winthorpe
06/7/2022 12:30 | I disagree, if it was today it would be around the 30p mark in my view. However, it is someway off, why would you buy before finance. Let mka do all of the work. The other thing people seem to miss is that the DFS is only part of the future. The magnet production and recycle are future strings to the bow.If you want a quick trade, this isn't the share. Good one for a 5 year view though if you have patience and no need to liquidate in that timescale. | lewis winthorpe
06/7/2022 11:48 | Do you honestly think private investors have a say in what price this gets taken out at. The major shareholders will decide no us. The first we will hear of it is when a email hits giving us the sale price of our shares and telling you when. | stuie
06/7/2022 11:25 | Why would you think that the majority of shareholders would accept a takeover bid of a few pence increase, say 21p for arguments sake? Would you sell your shares for 21p? I certainly would not and I think the majority of shareholders would not either as we know the value here.I also would have thought even if we did get a bid at 21p, it would spark a bidding war.On what basis do you believe this would ever get bought out at such levels? | jarega85
06/7/2022 11:16 | Lots of shareholders discussing the chance of a takeover maybe hoping it will give them a chance to get out without a loss, believe me if this gets taken out soon it will be for a few pence over the current price and most holders will get shafted as normal. Don't worry about the directors they will all become millionaires overnight. At our cost. My view is we will do better as shareholders if the asset gets put into process. | stuie
06/7/2022 10:33 | Agreed, the irony will be when all of these companies on the verge of equalising the rare earth supply chain are bought by Chinese rare earth companies | lewis winthorpe
06/7/2022 09:52 | Wow, just wow! Crazy share price and crazy market currently. Unbelievably cheap and would not be surprised if we got a takeover bid at these levels now the DFS is announced. | jarega85
05/7/2022 16:11 | Seem to say this often.....just glad the DFS was good | ddubzy
05/7/2022 11:25 | Will there be an offer for the whole shooting match ? | oapknob1
05/7/2022 09:57 | Company interview on Blythe Ray business news just posted on the MKango Twitter feed. | stuie
05/7/2022 08:57 | Can't believe all these small sells are people selling out, must be one large order being iceberged. Might see a tick up when the US opens, but the MM's have managed to hold the price down well. Makes a mockery of the investors on the LSE board ramping this quoting 60 or 80p soon. | stuie
05/7/2022 08:25 | I think it is certainly a takeover target at this price!! Only small stumbling block is the funding needed, as its a big chunk of cash but the payback looks reasonably good. That is why I am keen to hear of funding news given we have had 'commercial banks' on site recently. | jarega85
05/7/2022 08:14 | Early flush and now the serious buyers step in? Not many rare earth mines available for $50M...in fact none, apart from this one! | loafofbread
05/7/2022 07:53 | Pleasing IRR rate! Capex is higher than expected but good RNS all round. Lets see how the market reacts but I like the results. Hopefully funding is not far round the corner. | jarega85
04/7/2022 17:03 | Up 4 cents in Toronto too. | murdo mcsponge
04/7/2022 11:58 | Nice little uptick before the promised news this week. Hopefully they will inform us about funding, I have a sneaky suspicion that a deal has been done. Could be an amazing week for MKA. | jarega85
01/7/2022 16:11 | Would a new CFO have joined without looking into the fundamentals of aCompany. Strikes me that this is a good development. | murdo mcsponge
01/7/2022 16:10 | Would a new CFO have joined without looking into the fundamentals of aCompany. Strikes me that this is a good development. | murdo mcsponge
30/6/2022 15:52 | I think it depends on the finance package, if its equity I believe it is around the 20-25p mark. However, derisking will propel this back to the 30s plus | lewis winthorpe
30/6/2022 15:46 | In the nick of time! The announcement doesn't get more bullish than the detail given alongside the appointment of the new CFO. Looks like the panickers have jumped ship. | dogberry202000
30/6/2022 14:34 | RNS - new CFO experienced in taking a mine to production and FS confirmed next week | lewis winthorpe
30/6/2022 14:24 | What use is news in these market conditions? Might as well catch a machette | lewis winthorpe
30/6/2022 08:16 | I would say it is already affected! | jarega85 |
