Resignation of CEO
MJ Hudson Group plc (AIM:MJH), the specialist service provider to the asset management industry, announces that Matthew Hudson, the Group CEO has tendered his resignation from the Company with immediate effect .
Matthew has led the Group from when it was founded in 2010 as a specialist legal firm through its subsequent acquisitions diversifying the business and IPO in 2019. He remains a significant investor and shareholder. However, with the events of the last few months, Matthew has informed the Company of his intention to resign.
Matthew will remain as a director of MJ Hudson Holdco Limited and MJ Hudson Limited for the interim.
