The current weakness in MJH's share price might well have something to do with the delay in releasing the company's interim figures. The same thing happened last year when they delayed publication of the full year results. These sort of delays do not reflect well on the company's internal financial controls.

Question is, who's dumping and how much do they have left? This has almost halved on fairly consistent director buying and an earnings upgrade- suggests to me the selling is indiscriminate and there's an opportunity coming......

Simple concept - keep growing by acquisitions and cross-selling until you get the market cap to £1bn like Sanne did. Then sell.

Last trading statement talked of underlying revenue being ahead of forecast so sounds positive. Added a few on the basis I'm hardly buying at the high point and priced as if going ex growth at the moment.

Just seems that no one is interested in it. They release good news, shares go up a little then continue the fall. The InvestorMeet event in November gave me confidence that nothing was wrong with the business so I am sure it will come good eventually.
