Appointment of Managing Director of Gleeson Land

("Gleeson" or "the Group")

MJ Gleeson plc (GLE.L), the low-cost housebuilder and land promoter, announces the appointment of Guy Gusterson as Managing Director of Gleeson Land, the Group's land promotion division.

With over 25 years of industry experience, including 16 at St Modwen Properties plc (St Modwen), Guy has a proven track record of delivering strategic growth, developing leadership teams and creating value.

At St Modwen, Guy was a member of the Executive Committee and latterly Managing Director for Strategic Land & Regeneration, where he oversaw the development of the capital light strategic land division. Prior to this, Guy held senior positions at Crest Nicholson and Laing Homes.
