Sphere25 it is on the ineligible list for lack of liquidity and wont be eligible until June when the next annual review takes place. The volumes required are adjusted to reflect the free float.There are other smaller companies that have the same problem of liquidity such as ZTF, RE. CGS CAY AGIT to name but a few. Lets hope that the volume so far this year is enough to get it in to the All Share in June 2013.

Unfortunately not.

It hit the eligibility requirement on the market cap but clearly failed on one of the other requirements. I suspect those who have followed this stock a great deal longer than I have might be able to shed some light on what this might be. At a guess, it could be related to a free float or some other weighting factor.

Looks a distinct possibility that this could be promoted into the FTSE small cap on Wednesday, which would add a great deal of buying pressure from the trackers.

As you know there are no concensus figures only conjecture based on NAV, current trading and increase in profits into 2013 when they should return to steady dividend payments.The prospect of rising revenue from house sales combined with a planned reduction in the rate of growth of the land bank means that the Group expects to become cash generative in the second half of the current financial year and, broadly, to remain so for the foreseeable future. Against this background, the Board hopes to be able to recommence regular dividend payments in 2013." I would expect at least 5p.

They have had a good run no reason to buy them here, but no reason to sell unless there is a much more compelling idea, of which I have none at the moment!
