Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons

On 11 August 2020 Phil Bentley and Peter Dickinson were each granted options over Ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company under the Company's 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

The performance conditions attaching to the LTIP are EPS and cash conversion, each accounting for 50% of the award. Given the uncertainty around the long-term impact of COVID-19 on the business, the Committee has delayed setting targets until later in the financial year at which time it expects to have a better understanding of the long-term effects of COVID-19 on the business. Once set the targets will be disclosed in a stock exchange announcement.

The attached notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail.
