BOARD CHANGE

Mitie Group plc ("Mitie") announces that the Board has accepted the resignation of Non-Executive Director, Alan Lovell. Alan, who is also the Chairman of Interserve, joined the Mitie Board shortly after completion of Mitie's acquisition of Interserve Facilities Management. Alan steps down with effect from 5 March 2021 following the successful sale of the majority of shares held by How Group Limited (part of the Interserve Group), whose interest has fallen to 7% of Mitie's issued share capital.
