02/11/2021 07:47 | I have a 3yr target here of 150p. | hamhamham1
11/10/2021 16:28 | Maybe time to top up ?? | queenbreguet
07/10/2021 14:58 | Not clear, I own Serco as well which has been similarly lacklustre. Beyond the overall malaise affecting the market with concerns about rising costs I can't see much that is sector specific. The government is spending money like its going out of fashion so this sector should be looking up. | salpara111
07/10/2021 11:58 | Agreed. Any thoughts on the recent weakness here? Seems to have gone down more than the average for the market. | ppreston1
07/10/2021 10:12 | Disappointing to be heading back to 60 again, I thought there was enough good news that we would be around 80 by now. Tempted to cut and run while I still have a modest profit but feel that I should at least wait for the next update. | salpara111
26/9/2021 17:31 | "..Its bosses now expect this year’s operating profit to be between £145 million and £155 million, comfortably above the £124 million that the market had pencilled in...." - a big uplift to analysts forecasts having only recently upped them 240 new jobs as well:- | jeff h
24/9/2021 08:24 | Yep, and great to see the new revolving credit facility that should save a few million on interest. We should be attacking 77p resistance pretty soon. ;-) www.insidermedia.com | drk1
24/9/2021 08:22 | I kind of agree :) | farrugia
24/9/2021 08:11 | Pretty impressive set of results . | fidra
14/9/2021 00:39 | If shares would go up all the time you would get bored and you would sell it. How many times have people wrote I am out at 60p. I took the profit - thank you. When we want the opposite. We would like you to hold as the tide is turning. Mitie is no longer an abandoned ship on the sea that has no direction and crew. We closely monitor short positions if any appear. Paradoxically Mitie at this moment of time can be the best business to invest in as doesn't share certain risks if you compare to traditional models of the businesses. It does however require scrupulous work and fast adjustments to the constantly changing market. | philbentley
09/9/2021 14:37 | Really Phil? I’d rather it just kept running personally 😉 | warranty
02/9/2021 22:43 | It is good to have a break before the run. | philbentley

31/8/2021 16:08 | Additional UK govt contract win:- | jeff h
31/8/2021 15:44 | Midas tip seems to be giving the share price some upward movement ? beyond 74p | queenbreguet

27/8/2021 14:53 | Hopefully we can break the resistance at 74p | queenbreguet
28/7/2021 17:17 | Numis upgrades from 'add' to 'buy' with 92.0p target price | disc0dave45
27/7/2021 16:25 | "Although the performance in the first quarter was boosted by shorter-term Covid-related contracts, recent high-quality wins, However the re-opening of customers' premises and the gradual recovery of the economy provide a strong underlying trading momentum which gives the board considerable confidence for the second half and delivery of its full year expectations," Mitie concluded. That'll do me. ;-) hxxps://www.cityam.c | drk1

27/7/2021 15:17 | There's an article on yahoo finance. Peel Hunt maintain rating. | casholaa
27/7/2021 14:57 | I been buying here recently and added on todays update. The JP Morgan report of 16/6/21 with the 80p price target had forecast EPS of 7.9p for the current year ending 31/3/22 and 9.4p for year ending March 2023, it will be interesting to see if they revise them upwards on the back of todays news. "Valuation Our valuation and Jun-22 80 p price target is based on a combination of one-year forward multiples (P/E and EV/Adj. EBIT) and DCF analysis. At our price target, the stock would trade at 0.3x FY22E EV/Sales, 8.5 x FY22 E EV/Adj. EBIT and 10.2x FY22 E adj. P/E. We expect evidence of margin improvement to support a potential further rerating of the shares. We remain Neutral. Risks to Rating and Price Target In our view, the key risks for Mitie relate to the IFM acquisition (integration risk, and achieving synergies), and its success from self -help which will be further delayed as COVID -19 impacts are felt for a prolonged period of time. The additional generation of IFM-related synergies could bring upside to our forecast." | jeff h
27/7/2021 14:42 | Thanks.Yep, as you say a bit erratic. Comforting though that there is more to come even if only to 75p (worst case eps estimate), so not a share to lose any sleep over IMO.Be interesting to see what brokers come out with now. | disc0dave45 |
