pbt to 31 March 20 was 2.23% & pbt to 31 March 21 was -0.36% by my basic calcs. Basic eps over last couple of years appears a bit yoyo.

Didn't know that. Q1 is lowest Rev period and worst case 5p eps (flat £930m/qtr). Finger in air, Rev Q2 £1116m, H2 £2353m, total £4.4bn, pbt margin 2%, eps 6p x 15 is 90p.Could be your 125p for next FY, or more! :)

90p is the broker rating too. 4 x 930 is 3,720. I think it's worth a bit more. 90p would be nice though.

Excellent update. Even when deducting Interserve Rev it's still up 36% on last years Q1.Their Q1 Rev is the lowest period for them but even assuming it's 4 x £930, with say 2% PBT margin, that's eps 5p. Modestly rated at 15 gives 75p. Reckon they can achieve 6p eps so I'm looking at a target of 90p.

Yep, but looks like Alchemy Special Opportunities bought 4.17% of the secondary placing shares. I'm not to certain if the remaining 2.83% formed part of the following: "GBP40m of the proceeds of the How Group share sale have now been used to replace the shares held in escrow (as security against any indemnity claims as described above)."Don't understand the escrow element! :)

Well when a stake that large changes hands there is always going to be some pressure on the share price
As you say, the next update should hopefully provide a turning point.

Not sure either!, assuming it’s simply profit taking.
Noticed a 21 million delayed trade which was marked up as a buy (10:24 at 68.3) but not too certain.
Checking the trades around 10:24 and sells we’re going through at 68.2 and 68.1, so looks like it was a buy (?).

Just a share placing someone wants rid of 99milllion of total shares in Mto they will be picked up by insistuitions at 70p I guess. You find out tomorrow at 7am normally

14 June Mitie has won a new seven-year contract to deliver maintenance services on the Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) programme for sites across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Excellent performance.Anybody got any numbers on what expectations were?Consensus analysts forecasts are 4.9p eps for FY22, so reckon that could be about 6p. Still makes this relatively cheap IMO with circa 25% upside potential.
