I have just had a read of the 16.30, 3 February RNS: "LTIP 2020 performance targets". They seem very reasonable to me. If eps performance targets are met, I imagine the share price will be much higher than it is today.

Does anyone else have a view?

Peel Hunt upgraded to buy and 63p targetFrom Citywire:-Analyst Christopher Bamberry upgraded his recommendation from 'hold' to 'buy' and increased his target price from 46p to 63p on the stock, which closed up 10.6%, or 4.5p, at 46.2p yesterday after a third quarter trading update.Bamberry praised the group's return to 'organic growth' and its 'significantly lower' debt.'The strengthening of the balance sheet allows investors to focus upon delivery of Project Forte savings and substantial Interserve acquisition synergies,' he said.'As the execution risk subsides, the synergies accrue and cashflow improves, the shares should re-rate.'

Crazy how little attention this share receives - three out of many positive press reports issued today, including Peel Hunts broker upgrade (buy) with a new target price of 63p. Hopefully upwards & onwards from here on...............

Looks good:Therefore Mitie Group's FY20/21revenue and operating profit before other items, including share of JVs and associates, will be higher than previously thought with revenue (including Interserve for December 2020 to March 2021) in the region of GBP2.4-2.5bn and operating profit before other items in the region of GBP57-61m.
