I had not heard of Ryff before and they seem embryonic but competition nonetheless. Their AI also does not seem as sophisticated as I believe it just looks for spaces rather than the the emotive elements. Have only had a quick look on their website and showreel which looks like ours.

Tencent snaps up Chinese Super League domestic rights in ‘CH¥240m’ deal

The rights agreement is said to be non-exclusive, meaning the CSL will be free to agree deals for the content with other media-rights partners. As part of the agreement Tencent will air live matches, as well as on-demand and short video highlight coverage of CSL games.

The coverage will be available across Tencent platforms including its video streaming platform Tencent Video, sports platform Tencent Sports, Tencent News and social media platforms WeChat and QQ.

Rufio Zhu, vice president of operations at the China-based Mailman agency, commented on the deal: “This represents a positive deal for both sides. The CSL, which kicks off in less than a week, gains a reputable and experienced partner with Tencent, while Tencent adds China’s top-tier of domestic football to its growing roster of premium football content, alongside the Premier League.

Warner Music has signed a deal with China's Tencent to help it break into the fast-growing Asian market.

The US record label said the venture with the Chinese tech giant will help make its artists like Dua Lipa and Ed Sheeran "impossible to ignore".

The companies have also launched a record label to develop artists together.

Rivals Universal Music and Sony Music have also struck similar deals with Tencent as they look to crack China.

Very good point re timings and campaigns kicking off quarterly. I emailed the FPR and they did not have the courtesy to explain this. Perhaps they didn't know, wouldn't be a surprise but poor from them either way.

Wonder if the Tencent contract works quarterly, so in effect the last production run confirmed say end of March for completion by end of June, in which case renewal will be June.. Makes more sense with timing of initial contract being June and running for two years.

Besides Tencent are more then happy and running the programmatic version, who'd give up new revenue source.

Hopefully we hear something next week or I will be sure to speak to Canaccord as the NOMAD has to ensure they comply with regs as the FPR consultancy believe they already are. To be fair it is the job of the NOMAD not FPR to ensure they adhere to rules. That said the FPR lot should be encouraging them to communicate more regularly and even more so we have a US investor-base.

The 2020 19th March RNS states (see below) that the Tencent arrangement runs until March 2021 so I wondered if this has been replaced and if so should this not be published in an RNS? Mirriad continues to make good progress in its key partnership with Tencent Video ("Tencent") in China. As previously announced to the market, Mirriad has a guaranteed revenue arrangement with Tencent covering the two years ending 31(st) March 2021.If a new agreement has been signed it's material and should be subject to an RNS. If a new agreement hasn't been reached why, the radio silence is poor. No real update since the raise nearly 6 months ago. Given we were integrating more closely with Tencent I can't believe a better agreement not reached.

I've said before that my view is that MIRI is very much a takeover target, given its low valuation compared to its outstanding prospects - plus the IP of course. A bigger fish would be happy to pay £2+ per share sometime this year IMHO. Wait a couple of years and the price might be in the £5-10 range.Just my view, no advice intended.

But lends itself to manipulation of closing price which affects charts for TA, and also, as you say, a false opening price (Red or Blue).
