I made the mistake of selling a few over a year ago after a dull period at 18p - it was a massive mistake, ended up buying back in over 30p!

Wow. I think the CEO has a lot of integrity so given his very update interviews over the last weeks and months I doubt bad news is en route. That said always go with your gut. Hope the money finds a decent home and I expect you will be back here when the next RNS drops.

For me no news is bad news. So I sold out while the stock continues downwards and will get back in again if there is good new, although I like this stock.

Also with the Tencent agreement having run its course end of March I would have thought another in place with different terms (minimum spend) so an RNS should be published.

Yep all good but an update would be good. Given MIRI is trying to attract more US investors surely quarterly updates would make sense as they're used to it? I'm sure things are moving at apace so I suspect we could have new operational news each quarter so not just regurgitating old news. Aside from interviews it feels like we haven't had an update for a good while and although we got one at the time of the raise we could do with another and some meat on the bones!

Last interview, February if you listen again there's lots in there that needs be digested -

14:20 - Ran first campaign(s) December (Disney) more and more shows being cleared next campaigns very, very imminent

25 mins in mentions have 4 cleared shows with Disney, currently in RP mode with a couple of major advertisers, keep fingers crossed we will land some big dollars soon.

Mentioned US listing being upgraded to OTC QX as Mirriad is coming to America, not sure when this process completes but must be very close, as close as news is close one might hazard a guess, that's close.

OTC QX is the most prestigious of the OTC listings.

Strange we’ve had no news at all! Hoping that it’ll be good when it does come. It’s a bit frustrating.

Strange we've had no news on Tencent, you would expect it to be renewed well before the old contract expires

Wow, massive potential and hopefully we can an update on our tier 1 partner soon. I assume the initial 4 campaigns have run and hopefully all gone well and we're running a lot more. Surely our second tier 1 partner will be signing on the dotted line in the coming weeks. We haven't had a meaningful update for a good while so it seems overdue. I believe we are due news that Tencent has extended its contract that was due to conclude end of March so perhaps we can expect an update this week. Here's hoping.

Advertisers will surely be banging on the door here, that's a huge amount of subscribers, already over 100 million -

"Disney initially projected to have 60 to 90 million subscribers by 2024 but this prediction was surpassed in November. A company spokesperson told Insider on February 25 that it expects Disney Plus to hit 300 million to 350 million total subscriptions by 2024."

Listened to Justin Waite's podcast last night with Alan Green, thought a few notes to counter Justin's comments regarding revenues for those that are new looking in as Alan didn't explain the proposition well enough IMO.

End of year 2020 revenues estimated at £2.2 million, however it should be noted these revenues are net, gross collected via content owner, say Tencent. Tencent collect 100% being ~£7.4 million paying an estimated 30% of that to Mirriad £2.2m, that aside the forecast does not account for company progress latter part of 2020, these will impact revenues for 2021 -

- Tier 1 partner signed 28th Oct 2020, most likely Disney subject to NDA.

- Music Alliance launched Nov 2020, likely no revenues for 2020

- Launch of Live TV/Sports advertising 2021 (think live eSports/football/Cricket etc)

- Programmatic advertising 2021

- More Tier 1 partners under NDA

- ~£35 million cash end of 2020

To reiterate point on revenues, Mirriad's solution has generated estimated gross revenues in excess of £7 million, on a conservative basis, the revenue received by Mirriad is their share, there's no other third party to be paid.

Forward looking from 2020 into 2021 we have a Tier 1 partner who have trialed Mirriad's magic in 4 shows during December with further shows now being cleared, it was mentioned during a recent podcast that potential early revenues from this partner could be in the region of $17 million.

Music Alliance launch is slightly different in that gross revenues are collected by Mirriad with Music Labels/Artist paid by Mirriad. Music videos have astonishing view rates online likes of Ed Sheeran's Shape of You taking just 97.4 days to achieve 1 billion YouTube views or Maroon 5' Girls Like You, 129 days. Advertisers can now connect with artists monetising past and future content in a non intrusive way, with the impacts of covid on music venues this new opportunity will provide a welcome income for many.

Launch of Live TV/Sports later this year will be an absolute game-changer for advertisers and the sports industry as a whole, being able to change advertising viewed in each country or region during live broadcast will boost appeal to advertisers, Cricket, football, Formula 1, Boxing, Tennis advertising specific to country or region by way of example.

There's much more to Mirriad's magic, above is a brief example as to how and why this has potential to be a global game-changer in how brands and viewers come together in a modern era, huge strides have been made this last year that should materially improve the pace in which Mirriad evolves over coming months and years.

Yes of course, if you bid for the NMS then they are obliged to give you it at the published price.

Cyberbub, if the offer price is 60p with market size 5,000 then if you submit a FoK for that price and size it has to be given or the offer price needs rise immediately, if that does not happen you need speak with your broker.

FoKs don't have to be honoured AFAIK??I've put in plenty of FoK orders online which have 'failed' because there isn't enough demand to fill them.I find that if you can't get a quote (especially if it's way over NMS) and you are very keen to get hold of some shares, bunging in a FoK at say 3% above the published offer price will usually (not always) get them, sometimes lower than the price you've entered, in fact sometimes at the published offer in the end! Obviously you may pay slightly over the odds, but if you're convinced that a share is on its way to a 50% rise and you want lots of them, why would you complain at paying a little over the odds? Putting in a FoK prevents you being robbed blind by the MMs if you put in at 'at best' order.NAI
