That has nothing to do with MIRI. Do you know what they do?!Share price getting hit as a raise not far off and I suspect little appetite for shares until that has been announced.

Since advertising / film production is my "parish", a few words to the wise:
1. There's very little new or special about the technology Miri are peddling. I remember adding / replacing boxes / logoed shopping bags and billboards to existing TV commercials over 30 years ago. It's only gotten easier and cheaper as the technology has advanced over time. Even the rotoscoping involved is automated now.
2. The main problem that Miri are going to face is rights. I have experience of negotiating product placement contracts for films & TV and it is a nightmare to align all parties (which includes talent) before actual production. You can't just drop in product placements in post-production without creating a very complicated paperwork trail and paying the appropriate parties. It's cloudcuckooland stuff..
3. So I struggle to see the "novelty" that Miri are selling. There already exists technology to change billboards in pitch-side advertising during football matches and it's used in broadcasting the Champion's League. (So that, say, a Russian audience sees Russian faced advertising, and a UK audience sees UK-facing ads). Music videos have been talked about, but that is a niche market, at best.
4. In conclusion, I fail to see that Miri have a route towards building anything more than a small, niche business. And there will be plenty of competition for that opportunity - there is no credible technological "moat" here. It's bluff. That's not to say this share may not trade higher on hype and hope. AIM can do funny things (cf Cloudtag). But take care out there.

ok - conclusion after long work into the miri situation

* ad programatic exchanges are worth 300 mil plus /of suply, demand etc side/
* when the product is finished business can explode from zero to 200 mph in a month
* there is NOT ONE VPP PROGRAMATIC AD EXCHANGE YET /and rare both sides/ and miri will be the first one /monopoly for some time/
* business environment is giving a nod to the miri proposition because of

... so many agencies signed off and work for free /eg - not paid by miri/
... MS cooperates and works for free
... Stephan is a hurt lion who was BIG once and is accepted
... in 2022 2 respected ladies / industry insiders/ opted to join miri BOD. they have knowledge and intuition
... miri poached high exectutive from their competitor /amazon/

all doing it with a broke 6 mil capitalizasion co called miri

non of the above are stupid

.... miri also convinced II to give it more money after all those years from 2017 on and being almost broke. i suspect there was huge amount of tyre kicking because whoever approved to give money at this broken stage is risking some part of his career - going against reason and rules

read with key words used in mind when comparing - IP,AI ...

only used at miri. at others there was the word most used 3D - which for miri is piece of cake



also miri has huge defined library - ever groving measured in seconds.
what counts is also its independance - from the supply side. which is important imho

MS cooperation
- miri pushed some development costs regarding system integration into MS cooperation against miri reduced future margin. in results i can not see miri is paying MS. So MS can see future value and works for free atm. Good thumbs up from MS
- miri was accepted into the MS universe - an elite club
- miri got access to the MS AI solutions, patents

I hope share price remains depressed for a long time

well scalability is important to miri - and to the customer to some degree.

but customer comes first ... no customer , no revenue, no scalability advantage to miri.

customer wants transparency first - not a contract by contract approach to miri offerings.

would be a bad news if disney pays 46 pc margin and netflix 18 per cent for the person signing the contract
