180,000 shares sold at 4.125 when the spread was 6-7. Someone is bailing out at any price now. No wonder the price fell over again today. Market cap down to £1.78M.

Until the announcement of the takeover that you mentioned Tracking, there is not much else to keep posters interest. It might not be the EIT thread but the sector is right and it goes to demonstrate what is happening in the market.

It is also relevant to any companies that have debts to RBS or similar banks. I know personally of three companies that have gone to the wall in the last couple of months. Not because they were bad businesses but because the rules/goalposts were changed by the banks in this way. Who would personally guarantee MPS debt if it came to the crunch? Big companies are disappearing for precisely this reason.

bonio10000 - perhaps you should do a little more research. The information on the company since they had to put out accounts last shows some contract wins of indeterminate profit value with showy bigger numbers which 'might' look OK on paper. Then they gave the NED's more share options shortly after. Read the HISTORY of the company. If the same people are behind a company then there is a saying about leopards and spots. At some point I expect this to go private. And a high share price would not make for the cheapest MBO. Which would impact your chances of turning a profit - if it is the plan of course.

Then again, perhaps they don't want to take it private and assume the debts. It is a nice little cash cow for a few people as it is. I just wouldn't be expecting a rocket ship anytime soon. IMHO.

I have read the snippets AND looked at the history.

You must be joking about Eagle Eye.

Tiny sales of only just over £1.5m pa, losses of over £1m pa on these sales and a mkt cap of £11m - completely over-priced. And 70% of the stock is controlled by two NEDs.

The company has negative equity only held up by over £2m of bank-loans guaranteed by those NEDs.

You cannot compare this company to either MPS or CYH, who have sizeable revenues (circa £20m) and history of profits >£1m.

Latest available accounts turnover £1.29M Loss £1.29M. Net debt £5.5M. Quality contract wins will need to be massive to save this one bonio10000. DYOR.

They will probably show 'progress' but with the directors issuing themselves more shares then I wouldn't be surprised to see them realise them at a convenient time before taking the company private. As they own most of the shares then who is to argue if they bought the rest a below todays price as a loss making concern.

Don't forget EIT.

For some reason I am developing a soft spot for this company. Sure they have a big Market Cap relative to the others - but they have managed some quality contract wins.
