Following the Director/PDMR Shareholding Announcement on 25.02.19, Minoan announces that Christopher Egleton, Chairman, has transferred 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each to members of his family.

666,666 ordinary shares are to be transferred to Theoharris Egleton, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") requiring notification under the EU Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR").
