03/5/2022 17:19 | My thoughts as follows; The funding price is disappointing but Mergos would not want to be at a disadvantage to other directors in terms of previous share purchases at 1p. I cannot recall 3 shareholders buying at MIN together - strong signal as they expect a positive outcome of future discussions. In terms of the size of each of the purchases they are quite chunky and once a deal is done with the F we wont see this price again. | hugothesecond
03/5/2022 17:09 | As you say waterloo it’s out of the way and Director buys is a great signal, bring on an update. DC | daicaprice
03/5/2022 17:05 | I'm relieved it's done, if not the price, although it doesn't surprise me as pre Foundation news and with market febrile. Mergos buying along with CE and Cooke is a strong signal to me, but bring on the 'told you so brigade' Makes little difference to me my expectation is that we'll end up by the time of commercial deals with 750m shares | waterloo01
03/5/2022 11:58 | Primed for a move up on the news you suggest Hugo. | rafboy
03/5/2022 11:50 | Nowhere near primed this will double once improved deal with foundation confirmed. Let those who want to sell leave the party early ! | hugothesecond
03/5/2022 11:43 | Certainly primed. | rafboy
03/5/2022 11:37 | Maybe wise to limit the risk as there could be so many sellers even if the news is positive but equally it will be a good time to buy as some take profits on part of their holdings while leaving the rest to ride. The scales are balanced! Do I do I not? | clocktower
03/5/2022 10:55 | There are always sellers around L+, I’d rather get rid of them now than when the first update comes. It gives us a bit of liquidity. DC | daicaprice
03/5/2022 10:53 | I thought the party was only just starting ..... :-) | livewireplus
03/5/2022 10:01 | Can sell 700k just over the current 1.3p bid if anyone fancies departing the party. DC | daicaprice
03/5/2022 09:57 | Double tick up. Relatively low volume but MMs don't want to know on the offer side. Max quote I can get is to buy 10k.... | nobbygnome
03/5/2022 09:56 | 2 are better :-) | fozdad
03/5/2022 09:47 | A little tick up is always welcome, nice 283k buy has done the trick. DC | daicaprice
03/5/2022 09:28 | Nobbygnome, I don't think it fair to call T101 a troll, as we have all ramped this stock from time to time, in good faith (based on news etc) but we also have to admit that T101 has made a number of fair comments in light of past history. That said its a great start today and onwards and upwards with luck but my fingers are very itchy with every rise, as I guess many others are the moment we really know where it is going in the short term. Still the downside is very limited for those of us buying the bulk under 1p or just above imo. | clocktower
03/5/2022 09:11 | And still no online quote to buy.... | nobbygnome
03/5/2022 08:07 | No online quote to buy at all now! | nobbygnome
03/5/2022 08:05 | I assume blocks of 50k are cheaper or is it the max on offer online? nice start to the week. DC | daicaprice
02/5/2022 19:26 | Number of shares taken by the Directors last time = zero. But they did extend the dates of their (risk free) options by yet another year. Nice work if you can get it huh. | terminator101
02/5/2022 16:08 | Precisely Knigel especially if the directors put their money where their mouth is. I think we all expect George to take a wedge this time so let’s see if that is true… | nobbygnome
02/5/2022 15:49 | Maybe if the banks etc provided more access to funds/debt via loans etc then so many small cap companies wouldn’t have to go down the placing route! As long as you can see the end game - most shareholders do not mind the odd dilution. Can it limit future share price upside? Sometimes - but it depends on what happens with the funds - if it means higher future profits then fine. | knigel
02/5/2022 15:25 | I've always assumed, and have said on here, that I expect some more dilution before we get to the commercial deal. I mean as yet they have no income, and while they they have cut costs for the 2nd year running, no business can survive without some cash. What's more important, and which Terminator et al ignore, or choose not to believe, is that things have moved significantly in the last 12 months and particularly with the appointment of George as Chairman and the work from Deloitte demonstrating the numbers work. Once we get a deal confirmed, which the last RNS suggests is close, things should move relatively fast toward commercial deals. At that point they won't have a need to issue further equity. All the vibes at the AGM are that the Deloitte work combined with having a respected Greek speaker in George Mergos leading the discussions, will unlock the project. I'd hope that by the reconvened AGM at the end of the month, we will know. | waterloo01
02/5/2022 14:33 | We will know fairly soon who is right as I think the deal with the church is not far off now. That gives a green light for serious discussions to take place. Feeling more confident by the day. | rafboy
02/5/2022 12:36 | Troll is the word! Just filter him as he definitely has nothing of any worth to offer…. | nobbygnome
02/5/2022 11:25 | Is this troll shorting this or something? | knigel
02/5/2022 11:20 | Terminator I don’t think any reasonable person would dispute that the progress made since 2013 up until the appointment of the new chairman the progress made has been close to zero. However you do not comment on the changed economic conditions in Greece or the beneficial changes in Greek law.You can also clearly see the progress made by the new chairman with regards to discussions with the foundation. Everyone has to back their own judgement looking forwards from here I expect action in the coming months. | atlantic57 |
