1.2 million bought now. The pattern of trading is different from previously. Any pullback is met with persistent buying; it seriously feels like the tide has turned here....

It's hilarious that you all blame the market makers for price manipulation, but someone sold a load of shares under bid. What did you think would happen to the price? Time to wise up rampers. Seems there's still no news huh. Zzzzz

It is a strange one, I’ve got my super dooper big nappies on just in case I’m going down by £60k
On the other hand,my ambition of swapping my Masi for an Aston is just weeks away.
Personally I think I’ve got a double headed coin.
It’s a well researched decision and I’m extremely happy to see this out for the full journey. Should Tern go before Min I will have no hesitation in adding more but I’m fully in for both.

The Foundation are the key to the door.
If the door can be opened we may be pleasantly surprised how quickly things can move.

Lets hope your spinning plate is not like the others at Greek restaurants.

"Greeks believe a joyous occasion or celebration also attracts evil spirits, and to ward it off, plates are smashed to indicate that such a violent and aggressive act means no celebration can take place anywhere"

Agreed DC, concluding discussions with the Foundation that are acceptable to both parties must be his priority - that plate has been spinning for some time now and needs resolving.

I would suggest agreement with the foundation is the key one wi1l, 3 & 4 would then fall into place fairly easily,2 is probably already sorted.

Alot being asked of George (or is it Georgios?) in a short space of time - will be interesting to see if he can depart from the norm and actually come up with the goods and within the specified time-limits. Would be a breath of fresh air to see a man of action operate successfully in this field but there is quite a list to tick off prior to the agm -

1) Negotiate successful agreement with the Foundation to include a new 99 year lease.
2) Publish Loyalward annual accounts ye 31/10/21.
3) Negotiate new arrangement on the outstanding loan.
4) Working capital requirements.

And thats not to mention the project and keeping any spinning plate up there.

The Company intends to publish its results for the year ended 31 October 2021 before the Annual General Meeting.

Included in the results, Minoan will provide an update regarding any further substantive developments both within the Company and its Itanos Gaia Project in Crete (the "Project"). The Company has commissioned a range of reports including Deloitte Business Solutions SA's engagement to advise on and update the Project Business Plan and prepare a presentation of the Plan to assist both parties in the discussions with the Foundation. The update will therefore include as much of the key information as possible from the reports when they are complete in order to keep shareholders fully informed.

Christopher Egleton said "With the business plan updated, confirming the significant potential of The Project and with George Mergos appointed as Chairman of Loyalward Limited and leading discussions with the Foundation as well as the commercial operations in Greece, we look forward to providing a more comprehensive update on progress when we release our year end results."

Re: Post 19702 - It really made me chuckle this morning, when I read it, for the reason that the Foundation wish to help the poor, as though that is a primary objective.

If that we the case we might all be happy to donate our shares in MIN to the same cause.

No I am not an insider, I have taken placings though and hold warrants. I have also toured the site with Christopher and had dinner with him and the land owner. I keep in regular contact but they stick to the rules, good chaps that have been tangled up in Greek bureaucracy for many years.
