To buy now just 1.2391. I guess it is only because online sales are limited or it would sink back to its support level.

News needed to open the trading next week.

Sustainable fits in perfectly with the model, whatever is holding us up currently needs to be sorted quickly so that we start next week afresh.
Perfectly chilled here.

Bailing out or forward selling a placing. Neither explanation is good.

'T' If reporting a single protected transaction.
A protected transaction occurs when a large order is going through the market. The buyer (or seller) may wish to keep the order anonymous from the rest of the market as the size of the order could greatly alter the price of the stock. With a protected transaction, the dealer will put the trade through in small quantities rather than knock the whole order out in one hit. The entire transaction is reported once the deal is completed. The LSE is notified at the start and at the end of the transaction. However, the market as a whole isn't told until the end, thus the order is protected.

It's down with an odd code, if anyone knows what they mean. TNCP trade flag and Echo as venue?

Well if it was a buy it is still well over my average purchase price. So we will just have to wait and see where the stock has come from but I think that 1 million is a worked sell, hence they had closed online buying.

Unless it's delayed from yesterday, it has to be a buy!

The lease and shifting the foundation from share of income to share of profit are
The two major contract changes that impact
Valuation.
I would say between 2 and 6p are possible
Depending on those discussions.
Those closer to the bod may have a better
Idea.

So what would be a fair valuation post a successful renegotiation? Obviously it depends on your definition of successful but I am assuming extension of the lease and some tinkering around the edges of the financial settlement. I have been thinking 2p but that is of course just a round number which equates to a market cap of around £12 million. With a NAV in the accounts of £45 million a substantial step on the way to commercialisation should really close the gap a bit further than £12 million. I guess the issue is the fund raising which makes it tricky but a £20 million market cap post a fund raising is not impossible if there is promise for imminent commercial deals…

Concluding negotiations with the foundation quickly is the key to the door.
Any positive news on that front will send the shares soaring instantly as it opens the door to commercialisation.

The language used by the new chairman suggests he understands the position.

News about the church renegotiations could drop anytime. Remember George said the following in the RNS last week ‘patient shareholders can rest assured that I aim to see their commitment and loyalty rewarded with further demonstrable progress in its development in the near future.’ Now you may no longer trust CE’s timelines but I suggest that George may well be more reliable! I guess you could say he has come in at the business end when all the groundwork has been laid but you get the feeling he has instilled some real urgency here…

Not the time to lose ones nerve I'd suggest. The MM did something similar when we dropped under 1p before the George news.

Agreed - online they will still only take 10k at 1.2p

Its only a couple of million shares that have sent it down just buyers have dried up.

There is bound to be some profit taking after a 50% rise in a week. For a real rise to happen ultimately you need healthy two way trade. Certainly nothing to panic about….㈳8;

Without news, there is unlikely to be support until it hits 1p again, as most bigger buyers have almost all they wish to hold, and clearly some must have understandable top sliced, if they went in a deep and might be looking to pick up cheaper stock if some panic for no reason.

I just checked again and as you say HUGOTTHESECOND - they will only buy 10k but I can buy at 1.29 now.

There is more to it than meets the eye, and a placing news might be soon about to turn up imo.

I guess the reasons there has been no sells, is due to the fact that the online buying was almost closed when I took at look what I could buy and sell online earlier, as I was curious about that 500k at 1.30 that looked like a buy - but it is odd that WHI who was bidding 1.30 yesterday would have taken two blocks of 500k on and one 500k at less but earlier, without a buyer showing.

All very odd but not for the MMs
