That’s the audited figure within our accounts with outline planning, it’s the only guide we have to date.
Signed contracts for all of it or parcels of it will give us a current valuation if and when they happen. We all hope for news tomorrow that they are imminent or certainly within a specifically defined timeframe.
Anything less, in my opinion will be more jam tomorrow waffle.

If he does not come up with some convincing update then he should stand aside for someone else to man the bridge. We have a prime site that is valued at silly money based on our valuation at the moment.

A flat, sorry penthouse in the old Battersea powerstation will set you back £8.2m and whether that comes with a view of the muddy Thames I have no idea.

So how much must our site be worth ?

Thank you Skip for mentioning Resolution 7. Unfortunately voting has closed on that although it seems the AGM info is on the site now.

I don't see any arrangements for virtual attendance.

'As a consequence of delays to the Company's audited Report and Financial Statements for the year ended
31 October 2020 caused by logistical difficulties related to the Coronavirus situation, Resolution 1 -
Receiving the Accounts will be adjourned until such time as they are published in the second half of April
before the AGM. In order to give Shareholders time to review the financial statements it is intended to
reconvene this element of the AGM not less than 21 clear days after the financial statements are available
to Shareholders. Those financial statements will be filed with the Registrar of Companies.

Did all shareholders receive this, or just those opting for hard copy?

What is particularly intriguing is authority for an open offer to shareholders (Resolution 7(b). I wonder if we will see, tomorrow or soon after, a (most probably discounted imho) offer to buy shares....
