Well the lack of any massive sell off suggests that any share placing pursuant to resolution 7 is not imminent, or if it is it's not at a significant discount to the current share price. Conversely the lack of any significant buying (and none at all today so far) suggests to me that negotiations remain ongoing so I am not expecting any fireworks tomorrow, just some re-assurance that various parties are still in the frame and discussing their proposals with the regulatory authorities.

Towing our caravan to Devon tomorrow so I will be missing in action unless a RNS comes out this afternoon or first thing tomorrow.

Will be interesting to see if we secure any last minute purchases this afternoon before results which could be issued late afternoon today. There is obviously some developments as the results could have been posted weeks ago with the fund raise.

Microscope my assessment of where we are. is based on their rns statements .

Demonstrable progress will get the share price moving .

I think you have covered a number of the significant points so maybe we can compare the rns with your list.

Well if you have an idea what you think would be good Atlantic, you can then have an informed opinion when you see what gets announced. If you don't crystallize your thoughts beforehand, then it's much harder to take a sensibly considered view :)

Microscope we only have to wait till 10 am on Friday to find out what they have achieved. Then we can have a meaningful discussion.

What I'd like to see v what I expect to see...Like1) Financial restructuring. It's beyond time for the company, which said years ago they would keep the period between sale of the travel business, to announcing project partners to a minimum, to stop depending on placings and loans for its existence. Also such things as a share consolidation and reworking of options/warrants to put the business on a stronger footing. 2) Confirmation of at least one partner for The Project together with details of financial arrangements. 3) Completion of re-working of profit sharing and lease arrangements with The Foundation. 4). They said they'd employed one of The Big Four to refine the business plan for the site development. More detail on this.5). Whether it's Mr Gilbert or someone who has helped with that business plan to come on Board, preferably to replace Egleton, to move the business forward at a much greater pace. That's not by any means all, but would more than suffice for now.Expect1).Talks continue to advance with potential partners 2) .Options, loans etc extended. Possibly a one for ten consolidation (would require EGM approval).3). A new board member 4). Building plans tinkered with, some progress preparing planning applications.5). Talks continue with Foundation. Which would amount to little concrete (pardon the pun!) progressWhat would you all like to see?

They only have the salaries to add up and not even a buffet to fund for the AGM. Accounts should be a doddle.

It is remarkable, I was expecting results last Friday with a link to the AGM this Friday, you have to give 7 days for shareholders to digest the figures and the update surely.

AGM at 10am Friday. Hope shareholders are happy with being treated in this way. No resolutions posted, or details of how to attend virtually, or to vote... Even by AIM standards, remarkable.

The Company will have published its results for the year ended 31 October 2020 in the second half of April before the Annual General Meeting.

So only another 45 hours to go...

Rapidly running out of time for the production of the accounts, presumably they can produce them on the day of the agm - the usual last minute effort when they most probably could and should have been produced months ago. No huge transactions in the year as Stewart travel was sold prior so no reason for such a shambolic effort running things down to the wire as always. IMV.

I’m hoping there will be enough encouragement in the news update to put us on a few more radars and bring some new money in to give the price a boost, I’m certainly not expecting anything major yet but progress on deals with partners is necessary as is a new agreement with the church.
Let’s hope for our update tomorrow.

Indeed Dai, and that is why I am sitting on my hands, but plenty of activity with my other stocks today to make up for it. JLP, FFWD, GLR, and even that old dog BLOE. No news on any of them but something must be leaking.

So no mention of how shareholders can register for the AGM for remote attendance (and voting) this Friday, and still no results.

Perhaps it's just my suspicious mind but whatever (if anything) is on the table, given the now extremely short timeframe from results to AGM, and with a quorum present, it feels like is intended as a fait accompli.

PS: Oh and still no resolutions on the website

Worst limits anywhere, but limits can change.

Cannot sell 50000 online but can buy 2,500,000 at 1.29

they are printing them
