Thanatos, you could take over from George the Greek, who left rather suddenly some months ago?🤔

..meanwhile, seriously for a min…🤦🏻‍ϓ2;️🤡🤦🏻205;♀️

Chairman's Statement 31.07.2023 (8 months have passed🤦995;‍♀️)
Introduction

I am pleased to present the unaudited interim results for Minoan Group Plc for the six months to 30 April 2023.

During the period, Loyalward Limited, the Group's wholly owned subsidiary and owner of the Project, under the leadership of George Mergos, continued to make good progress with the Itanos Gaia Project in Crete (the "Project").🤔🤔

Discussions with the Public Welfare Ecclesiastical Foundation Panagia Akrotiriani (the "Foundation") are proceeding well with a number of meetings having taken place in the period and subsequently. These discussions are on a practical basis and the Company remains confident that they can be concluded in the coming months.🤔

Alongside these discussions, work is being undertaken on the detailed environmental study for the Masterplan which follows the requirements arising from the Presidential Decree.

I look forward to be able to announce the conclusion of this in due course.🤔

As I reported in April, the discussions with the Foundation are not impeding progress on the Project itself, as we are moving forward based on the existing contractual
documentation. This has enabled the management team to proceed with certainty and to undertake the Commercial and other negotiations relating to the Project. The Board expects further Non Disclosure Agreements to be signed in the coming period.🤔

My charts and chart indicators are all factual, Institutional Investor. They're historical records only. I use them to determine whether a share, or commodity, is currently bearish, or bullish. I can't predict the future, but the trend is often your friend!
I'm also on the lookout for potentially bearish and bullish chart patterns. Again I can't predict their formation; I wait until they form (if they do form) because you can't predict chart patterns before they form. If they do form I know the potential target share price is not guaranteed, but the history of these patterns shows that the odds favour the likely target share price being achieved.
For instance on the Gold price chart a potentially Bullish Cup & Handle pattern could be seen forming on the 13 year chart and around a week ago it finally formed. That gives a likely price target of $3000+. That target price is not guaranteed, but it's likely. It's all about probability theory.

PS I don't need to attempt to predict the future. I use my factual charts and chart indicators to try to make sense of the future.
Cathie Wood is attempting to sell her latest ETF to investors. It's in her financial interest. I'm not attempting to sell anything with my charts

MINOAN Group's share price soared almost 40% after it announced the sale of a 10% stake in its holiday resort development project in Greece for £2 million.

The Glasgow-based tourism firm is forming a joint venture for its site in north Crete with The Candia Investment Corporation.

The Monaco administered fund has an option to buy a 25% share for £12.5m if the development is approved

Perhaps rather surprisingly this MIN Ichimoku chart is still Bullish! Let's see what happens to the MIN share price in the short term.

How refreshing to see a vestige of upward movement in the MIN share price.
Could it indicative of an impending development/announcement ?
Posted at 11/1/2024 09:14 by mudbath
No guild comment so far on the latest decline in the bid.
Maybe once the MIN share price is adjusted downwards to reflect actual dealing limits then some dialogue might be in evidence.

RNS needed Mr C.E. !

Mudbath we are now in a very simple and easy to understand situation.

If Minoan can get :

A) The foundation to sign off .
B) Get Gilbert appointed to the board

We will make rapid progress upwards with the share price.

If we only get A or B I would expert a positive reaction.

However let us be crystal clear without a or b the share price is only going one way and it is not up.

I would also add that talk about how many shares are in issue is pointless, until the asset is monetarised there is no way of knowing how many shares will be in existence at the time the asset is monetarised.

Similarly the discount to net asset value is difficult to quantify in the absence of a deal with a third party.

The reason that some are excluded from yorgi's thread is that they are realists who happen to have called the ongoing and significant fall in the MIN share price correctly and over an extended period.
Many bullish investors have however proved gullible to the regular yet unjustified "progress imminent" assurances; therefore remaining susceptible to incurring yet further losses.

Hopefully, some positive news will soon be forthcoming, whereupon this particular "bear" will be only too happy to eat humble pie.
