Hi Noirua it's not that. With mafl and their 49% investment of TH crestgate, it really centres around financial investors being able to value the company as a whole, especially when very little is known about THC. If you can dig up any information on the company please do share. My guess is mafl through the structure own most of lagoa salgada.

A market cap at only £3.7m looks very low after the last RNS. Seem to remember this stock being a slow reactor to what looks like very reasonable results.

I'm hoping in the next rns Jacques will be able to share more information on the structure with THC. That's what investors want to know before they buy in. THC lack any sort of information. This needs to change drastically in my opinion.

Not concerned about short term movements. Waiting for the conclusion. Very few shares in free float. Hopefully, more sales will be mopped up.

Big investors unable to work out true value of mafl, due to lack of information on thc. Maybe mafl need to communicate their structure with thc in an rns. Investors probably thinking Lagoa worth £8m and mafl's share is £4m.....laughable....Time will tell.

Because of the structure they have with th crestgate and the fact there is very little information available, market struggles to value mafl. The sale will change this. Think next 3 results will come in early and discussions with mid-tier companies begin. I've heard a mid-tier company has already visited Lagoa.

Nice comment with copper so bullish."likely has sufficient copper to be economic on its copper content alone."

Extract from my discussion on he lse thread:

"From what I've heard mafl listing on lse was only possible if they were not a majority shareholder in thc (hence 49%). However, through financing thc they are due a bigger slice on sale of Lagoa Salgada. I don't know how they have structured this, but I believe a structure is in place"

Jacques Vaillaincourt is director in th crestgate as well as CEO of mafl. I get the feeling mafl own the whole of Lagoa salgada through this form of structuring to meet lse requirements, so a sale of the asset should not been an issue. Both resource size and sale have not been factored into the price.

Glencore pulled out some decent results. Swinging to profit. Think mafl carry some shares in the company.
