This surely cannot be correct, the last accounts showed plenty of cash and only a limited drill program.

Well I'm reserving judgement until they issue the news release.

It does look as though they were trying to sneak the AGM through, which doesn't augur well, IMO.

Reading this further information, it doesn't look positive, I'll be happy to be proved wrong of course.

I have to say I find aspects of the Blogger's Blog a little troubling for the following reasons:

1) I'm a PI and I got the Circular and as there were infact only 2 main points for consideration at the AGM, it was infact crystal clear what was being proposed.

2) It's an ANNUAL General Meeting, the Company has one every year, there's nothing actually covert about it at all... it's due, it's been announced and from my perspective PIs have been contacted formally in the usual way.

3) The Facts & Figures presented in the Blog may be quite close to the truth as of about now BUT I see a major oversight which for anybody truly invested in this Company for a year or three and with a clear understanding of the Ollochea Project's status would be quite difficult to overlook at all... Ollochea is not a developed, modern mining Operation, the COFIDE funding was organised in principle to fund actual development of the Ollochea Project, which hasn't yet commenced and as such several 10s of £millions need to come from somewhere over the coming year for the Mine development to commence fully and associated local Gold production operations to be implemented. It's always been apparent that further COFIDE funding might only be released if the current Exploration activities (ending in about 2 weeks) are highly successful... what if (????) the exploration figures throughout this past 2-3 months aren't convincing enough for COFIDE BUT (perhaps) the Mine is still viable at a smaller level and a new II is being secured to help realise the dream at a different overall Cost and to different timescales ????

I have to agree I find the whole de-listed/relisting/not relisting situation worrying, as I have throughout the past year or so but once something like that happens, as it already has, there's little anybody can do about it !!!

Re personal blogs, I totally agree, but IKN has called Minera right all along so he has earned his credibility, IMO.

Any RNS next week would be most welcome, depending of course on the nature of the information communicated.
I'm not however taking any notice of personal Blogs.
Time to sit tight and hope for the best... or better than what's available today anyway.

Andy Dave pottermagic......once again great posts I personally think this will trade soon at over 8pence short term.......this has been hell for share holders the last 18 months.....just a quick recap......remember Frank okellys letter to all shareholders way back in June........he ended by saying(not the exact words)build olleachea for the founder Mr Courtney Chamberlain............I wonder if Courtney's son could take CEO........let's wait and see GLA
