VIP in China has a broad meaning of 'high quality, sophisticated' etc, rather than the western notion of 'Very Important Person'. As such, in China the term has a lot of use for businesses.

Furthermore, in Toby's recent interview phonecall, he discussed how China's booming SME sector is meaning a vast number of new businesses with newly registered names are out seeking domains. And most businesses seek to buy their URLs on multiple TLDs. VIP is definitely one that an aspiring Chinese SME would want, and they're already buying them in droves.

Registrations and renewals for VIP have decades ahead, at least. This is a huge cash cow. And don't forget, MMX holds many other key geographic TLDs which also present long-term income opportunities.

And beyond even that, there's no telling how MMX might reinvest some of the fat profits that are starting to flow. This is a highly competent management and there will be more domains in the future.

Some big chunky buys this morning, and price gently rising. Expecting significant influx in new ISA year, after all the positive results recently, and Simon Thompson's constant reiterations of what an absolute bargain this is. It's just one of those shares in most investors' blindspots, which I've enjoyed as a chance to build a low-cost holding, but that can't last forever!

'hotaimstocks' posted yesterday claiming to have 'just bought in' to MMX. Now deletes those posts and comes up with near-verbatum copies of the posts he did under all his old usernames. I track his IP address, as I've demonstrated before, so he knows this doesn't work anymore and I can see when he opens new accounts.

HJB - I will continue to react as I think it's important that new investors to this share are made aware this is a troll and not a serious poster. This is especially important with the new ISA year approaching and an influx of share buying about to come.

Trades misreported not unusual, hotaims, some buys have been displaying as sells since this morning. As long as you got the price you wanted and hopefully do well from.
