Issue of ordinary shares in respect of employee share scheme

The Company has today issued 2,884 new ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at a price of GBP1.04 under the Company's UK Save As You Earn Scheme. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 13 January 2021.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital will be 99,791,784 Ordinary Shares.
