Issue of Equity
Application has been made to Euronext Dublin and to the London Stock Exchange for 432,000 new ordinary shares of nominal value EUR0.01 each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth market of Euronext Dublin and to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").
The New Ordinary Shares have been allotted pursuant to the Company's 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan. Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to be effective on 17 June 2019. These New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares of the Company in issue will be 210,973,102.
