08/10/2007 16:02 | surprised this is not more active , I spend quite a bit of time in Asia , and talking to various people in the travel game , it seems hotels over there are getting very high occupancy , have bought a few more today myself | scrapman
08/10/2007 15:53 | Have picked some at 501p. NAV well in excess of share price and recent rise with IHG has not been replicated with MLC. May be some time before it picks up but shares low. | ronnie73
01/10/2007 14:37 | more than due a decent rise this, i'm expecting a mbo here given billionaire owner owns more than 50% of the shares. | bigbobjoylove
25/9/2007 17:32 | This one just came up on a scan. Volume increasing, now we're green. Reckon this could be the turn. | flateric
21/9/2007 16:00 | lol! directors must have read the thread. | bigbobjoylove
21/9/2007 08:27 | ludicrous price, bought. Nav is about 1600p. Billionaire owns a majority stake here, must be getting tempted to take the rest at a knockdown price. Hotel stocks out of flavour at the mo, so hold and wait for the next wave up. | bigbobjoylove
13/9/2007 13:28 | disappointed this week and last.....whats happened to forward momentum ??? any comments please? thx | rounder2
28/8/2007 12:50 | looks alot better on level2 today. Times yesterday called this one of 10 bargains after the recent market collapse. CR you looked at TAIH yet? | bigbobjoylove
23/8/2007 11:29 | Looks like this is bouncing big time today. Needs to rise 50% from here to get back to its old highs CR | cockneyrebel
14/8/2007 18:12 | Is this stock going to beat the market trend? | tpip123
12/8/2007 14:31 | Millennium & CopthorneAugust 8th, 2007 | Market whispers | No comments. Charles Stanley reckons the departure of the latest boss (this is number three in as many years) has been over-hyped and the shares - which dropped sharply yesterday - are oversold. Repeating its buy and 670p price target, the broker says: 'Previous CE's have a right to feel aggrieved. When the last two left they had little impact on the share price. 'By contrast Mr Pappas with the shortest tenure, the least experienced and by definition the least influential, has sent the shares, on strong results and unchanged development potential.' Millennium & Copthorne August 7th, 2007 | Market whispers | No comments. Interims impress. Broker Evolution reckons shares are worth 900p (current price 580p). It explains: 'MLC is a 'special sit' opportunity for investors with an eye for value. MLC is an increasingly rare 'asset play' in a sector where there has been a massive divestment of assets by hotel companies. 'The NAV based on the Jan 2004 revaluation is 485p, this rises to 512p when the December 2006 revaluation is factored in. We believe that the NAV could be anywhere between 700p and 1600p (not a typo!) on a break-up scenario.' | bigbobjoylove
09/8/2007 08:37 | think that's what they call the "blow off" | bigbobjoylove
08/8/2007 15:47 | nother top up 4 me. 3500 bot buying at 504.5p they seem to be getting shorted, patience required. Now valued at 2004 book price! | bigbobjoylove
08/8/2007 15:26 | might be trying for 500p | bigbobjoylove |
