I am not buying,will wait for share price to find it's level.

Interesting K123.
I remember making a packet on this stock a good few months ago, it absolutely rocketed, over a week or so, on a couple of dozen buys.

Just done a dummy buy, can only buy 75k online, but can sell 250k!

Today's RNS seems +ve not only for MSG but also for PIs.

Raising £130+ cash in these markets no mean achievement for a tinycap co
like MSG. Subscribers receive shares mainly at deemed share price of 1.2p (though
the new "strategy consultants" smaller subs are at par) at a time when PIs can
buy at c.0.70p - which I did as presumably subscribers expect to make
profit on their new shares and the new strategy consultants expect them to?

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ("the Company") announces that the Company's Chief
Executive Officer, Deborah White, has acquired
7,606,698 ordinary shares of the Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately
27.56 per cent of the Company's total issued
share capital.

The Company also announces that J M Finn Nominees Limited has disposed of the 7,606,698
ordinary shares of the Company which it had held
on behalf of Lawrence Boom and Jamie Bloom. As a result of this transaction, Lawrence Bloom
and Jamie Bloom no longer hold a notifiable
interest in the shareholding of the Company.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.

400K mkt cap.. just loaned out 500K for the development of theflex.. curent FD hold some stock ..so may be selling.. tiny mkt cap in c.f to current buisness ..

a few sells..looks like an almost proper version of the flex online..almost.. with a few glitches.. will be lauching soon i would imagine.. results..not out yet don't expect them to be too good, hence mkt cap of around 500K..
