Subscribers receive shares mainly at deemed share price of 1.2p (though the new "strategy consultants" smaller subs are at par) at a time when PIs can buy at c.0.70p - which I did as presumably subscribers expect to make profit on their new shares and the new strategy consultants expect them to?
