18/1/2017 19:09 | Unsurprisingly we seem to have shared the same investments, AVS and G4M in my case. Sold my G4M holdings on Monday and indeed the proceeds have gone into MIDW. :O) | interceptor2
18/1/2017 14:23 | welcome on board nfs. well done on both G4M and ALT...i have ploughed my LVD and AVS money into this one as just still appears to be overlooked at the moment....DYOR and gla | qs99
18/1/2017 11:23 | I joined in here today after banking gains on G4M and ALTnice prospects | nfs
18/1/2017 10:59 | no worries I2, indeed I think they need to focus on their IR and get more details out there, but from what I can see the forward p/e and yield are both attractive. they continue to be acquisitive so maybe they will look to increase liquidity in the future alongside a deal? | qs99
18/1/2017 10:33 | I think a minimum of 300p a share is fair value but expect a significantly higher share price IMHO. | mfhmfh
18/1/2017 10:32 | okay, I'm moving to the new thread. I like charts, etc. No idea how to do them. | mfhmfh
18/1/2017 10:11 | Thanks for the new thread QS99. It will be interesting to see new estimates, they did say comfortably ahead of adjusted PBT, so perhaps an increase over 10%? As well as overseas territories performing strongly it is encouraging to see that the recent acquisition of Holdan is performing better than expected. Also noted that even though FX movements have helped, of the 18% revenue growth reported only 3% was down to FX. Yet acquisitions would have helped as well. I still like this company after doing more research, the only problem is lack of liquidity and working out how to increase my holdings safely. | interceptor2
18/1/2017 10:02 | hope that helps | qs99
18/1/2017 10:02 | indeed, think this is still ludicrously valued with such an update and yield especially....DYOR.. | qs99
18/1/2017 09:54 | didn't expect such a strong trading statement but not complaining. | mfhmfh
18/1/2017 09:42 | not sure how to do in heading, but Barclays have 31-12-17 p/e of 12.6 and 4.6% yield and following year 11.7 and 5% yield. this is BEFORE the ahead of expectations RNS this morning which IMO will produce upgrades and therefore these and the growth expectations will materially change...let's see....DYOR.... this should, IMO, be way over £3 and have stocked up accordingly... cheers | qs99
18/1/2017 09:09 | Can you stick some broker forecasts in the header please | the big fella
18/1/2017 08:48 | "Comfortably ahead"....from a low p/e expectations for 17 and yield of c.4% IMO what's not to like? Any views out there or just me as usual?! | qs99
18/1/2017 08:19 | Looking good for £3 shortly IMO | qs99
18/1/2017 08:19 | Nearly impossible, managed to buy an initial holding at 254.73. Impressed by the trading update, but must now continue researching the company. | interceptor2
18/1/2017 08:11 | Other thread missed chart etc, thought I would start a new one. Nice update this am IMO and shares off to the races...anyone else following or in? | qs99
18/1/2017 08:04 | indeed and impossible to get shares! | qs99
18/1/2017 07:13 | Great numbers | nw99
05/12/2016 12:23 | bit of life in the share price again. but just a bit and no more. | mfhmfh
02/12/2016 11:55 | And we are just starting to tick up again nice and steadily | hopeful holder
17/11/2016 20:53 | He floated the company and that meant he had to sell in order to float. Am I correct? He is close to the 30% point which when he gets there would mean he has to offer to buy the company | hopeful holder
09/11/2016 10:50 | I didn't realise he sold 22 million | mfhmfh
09/11/2016 06:15 | A 100k buy from the CEO who sold 22 million | abarclay
08/11/2016 19:11 | That was a huge purchase by the Director and makes you wonder what triggered that buy?A push to go towards the 30% level or a recognition that the company was undervalued at its current level. I hope it's the latter. | hopeful holder
08/11/2016 12:10 | 'The Company has been notified that on 08 November 2016, Stephen Fenby, Managing Director, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 203.50 pence per share. Stephen Fenby now has an interest in 22,280,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 28.04% of Midwich's issued share capital.' | mfhmfh |
