Midwich, the leading specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market, announces that Stephen Fenby, Group Managing Director, has purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 500.5 pence per share.

Stephen Fenby now has an interest in 20,040,000 Ordinary Shares.
