Microsaic signs Agreement with Knauer

Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), the developer of point of need mass spectrometry instruments, announces it has today signed a Heads of Terms agreement ("HoT") with Knauer Wissenschaftliche Geräte GmbH ("Knauer").

The HoT provides for the integration of Microsaic's compact Mass Spectrometry ("MS") technology into Knauer's liquid chromatography platform, and for the products to be sold direct by Knauer in Germany and globally via its extensive distribution network.
