following last months exhibition; The Biophysical Society Annual Meeting 2018 - San Francisco 17 - 21st February 2018


Microsaic have a busy period ahead promoting their new technology to the market and potential partners and OEM's.


We will be at China Lab Expo, Guangzhou, China 28th to 30th March #massspec #chromatography




and are also exhibiting at Analytical International trade fair for laboratory equipment April 10 - 13th 2018 Munchen Germany.

Should start getting some investor interest here. Very cheap stock at 2.4p to buy. Can see this having a 100% plus day soon.

I mentioned Ncondezi on here. If you dont Know moneymunch. The confirmation that Ge and CMEC are agreed partners to fund and build a power station with Them is due. If this occurs share price will be many multiples of the current 5.5p. News is overdue.

i know off topic but once im in profit there i can buy here. Just pointing out another great company..:) EPIC is NCCL.

Apologies for off topic, but its a shame to miss a big winner.

Only 181m shares in issue with the majority held by institutional investors and so maybe only as few as 40m shares in free float

... £3m plus cash in the bank and enough working capital until Q1 2019

...cutting edge minaturised mass spectrometry technology, protected by 60 patents which is highly important and relevant to future productisation and commercialisation as well as any potential take over or merger ( Peter Grant, appointed to the Bod in January was instrumental as Skypharma's CEO in their rapid rise in fortunes and subsequent £440m merger )

...and an ongoing collaboration agreement with a global biopharma partner where Microsaic's technology has been validated by their partner's BIG pharma end users and is being integrated into their partner's product equipment

.... and confirmation that Microsaic are in discussions with other potentia commercial partners

..A game changer and multi-bag in the making on disclosure of their global biopharma partner on successful technology trials and news of any other commercial partnership's in the pipeline...Gl....On and Up!!! :-)

Get 'em while they're cheap, and with the majority of the 181m Microsaic shares tightly held by major institutional investors, a sudden and significant re-rate more than likely in anticipation of positive newsflow... Gla holders On and Up!!! :-)

Shame then my cash is mostly tied up in Ncondezi. Not selling there though because should be transformative news regarding Power Plant. Expecting 200%-500% on that RNS.

Funny how investors miss the obvious. But soon as that one takes off i will sell a few and stick the Profits in here:)

Just had the first buy through. £3 mill in the bank and Contract news due. These should do well once investors understand the potential here. Looking to buy more myself but i have a lot of NCCL another one with news due this week:) Nice thread by the way..

Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2017

Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), the developer of chip-based mass spectrometry instruments, announces its audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2017. The Company's Annual Report is included at the end of this announcement.

Corporate Highlights

-- Significant progress in realigning the primary focus of the Company on applications in the growing biopharma market;

-- During the year, successfully completed a technical feasibility phase with one of the foremost players in the global market for scientific instrumentation in a bioprocessing application and moving this into technical integration, ahead of a potential commercialisation phase;

-- Collaborations with UK and US leaders in bioprocessing science and technology, which will inform further OEM discussions and wider application opportunities;

-- Completion of development of the 4500 MiD(R), with extended mass range specifically designed for peptide and small protein detection, as the current market moves into biological synthesis;

-- Memorandum of Understanding signed to further extend the Company's outsourced manufacturing to increase capacity and focus future investments on product innovation;

-- Cost reduction programme implemented in Q1, reducing non-R&D headcount and leading to a reduction in operating expenses of GBP616,704 compared with 2016; and

-- Board strengthened with the appointment of Glenn Tracey CEO in September 2017 and Peter Grant as Non-Executive Chairman in January 2018.
