When GLEN dropped to 65p, CEOs and investors bought millions of shares. Look at the share price now.?

In September he was buying again. He bought 30000 shares.
At 2426.2p per share.

So can you rely on director buying?

Kevin Loosemore knows the company very well indeed. He was appointed non-executive Chairman of MCRO in 2005 and has been Executive Chairman since April 2011.

Last April he bought 2898 shares at 2509.5 per share.

Bears starting the week, but will it last before the bulls take over, under 1000p gift from the stock market gods.

At least one director, a non-exec, buying shedloads, gives me satisfaction in that I doubled up on my holding at just over £10 this week (having missed £8.50 by waiting!!) The market overreaction is giving anyone who invests now a chance of not only substantial capital gains in time, but a nice dividend income in the future whilst sitting back and waiting. Malcontents may hiss and boo and short, which will be costly for them now, but serious investors will do well. COBOL is nowhere near dead yet, despite years of predictions about that, plus Microfocus have other irons in the fire, the accumulation of which will be a profitable business in the long term: my investment horizon. My tip, for free, is buy now whilst stocks last.

Sometime to the next ftse100 shuffle.

Another profit warning before then (I certainly expect one) - and it will definitely drop out.

More director buys and no large sells at the end... Next week will hopefully see some forward momentum but maybe it's too early?
