Remnants of autonomy were part of the takeover.HP court action is against the ex-boss of autonomy who made a fortune from the TO and the FD who allegedly cooked the books.

Question. Was Autonomy actually part of the HPE software division taken over by Micro focus.If so presumably it was not worth much as HP reckoned they were conned by false accounting of Autonomy's worth and was more or less a write off.

Since Autonomy seems to no longer exist as a company who exactly are HP taking to court. Is it the former directors?

Is the selling coming from US funds? Perhaps they can't hold UK shares some of them.Need good news soon otherwise we are going lower. 2000p big support level.

Unfortunately didn't do much for Microfocus!

Perhaps Micro should let Hp have their software division back!

Looks like the Micro US shareholders keep selling.

I notice that if the Micro share price is up in the morning it will usually be down again in the afternoon.

Medium term support is about here at 2000.
If this breaks next support/resistance is a long way down.

If the yield approaches 4% (71p) we're looking at 1775!
