24/10/2017 17:32 | Going way higher... Too much cash here. Undervalued for a tech co. in this market. No wonder the directors were buying at £24 quid. Expect it to reach £40 soon. It's not the product it's the cash .. January will be interesting... | kuss1
23/10/2017 17:57 | Yes indeedee ;-) (Well, in all honesty it was a 50/50 bet ;). Having said which I think it's undervalued til it gets to about £30/£31 which is my target price 1 year hence.) Most brokers that I have seen are currently around the 2800 mark. Assuming that's a one year view. | sogoesit
23/10/2017 12:37 | MCRO seems to gain slightly on most days putting my holding in the blue.I'm no chartist but that appears to be in line with sogosit'sview of a few days back. | maytrees
16/10/2017 10:24 | Nope, I added last Thursday.... I'm running it til breakeven... or around £20 is my guess when I will review the situation unless news tells me something else. (NB there is no forward P/E... it's losing money... til breakeven and after... hopefully). I live in Hope... it's a small town at the southern tip of South Africa ;-)! | sogoesit
16/10/2017 08:55 | SogositSurely you have a taken a profit on Blue Prism, the forward p.e is just insane. | montyhedge
12/10/2017 14:33 | Good inverse "head & shoulders" for Chartists. Should lead to a break upwards soon even 'tho it's all quiet on the western front. | sogoesit
10/10/2017 12:03 | UK tech firm Micro Focus to curb code reviews by 'high risk' governmentshttps://f | losses
03/10/2017 17:47 | No takeovers for a while, got to digest this one first. | montyhedge
03/10/2017 13:13 | More like turbulence than drift Monty. Yet the share price has been Static all day around -38p. Looks like the MMs will play with Micro until next news in January. Unless Micro come up with another takeover before then! :-) | ringer12
03/10/2017 12:22 | Nothing to go for until next year, shareprice will drift and shares don't drift up. We have had a good run, no complaints. | montyhedge
01/10/2017 17:19 | Yes, good point, shorts an irrelevance really. Just too much cash here. 4.5 billion revenue on expected 45% margins. So 2 billion vs. 10 billion market cap. Massive return of value. The problem with investors is that they think the bigger the company the bigger the risk. Quite the opposite. Bigger is a reflection of success. Micro just far too cheap. | kuss1
01/10/2017 16:43 | The share price seemed to be doing better when we had had the shorts involved! And having purchased some more shares taking the lead from Mr Looselore's purchase of 30.000 shares I,m hoping that he knows what he is doing! | ringer12
28/9/2017 12:03 | Probable drift nothing to go for until next year, had a good run all our dividends and cash received. | montyhedge
26/9/2017 14:12 | Out of tech into commodities it seems. FANG stocks got hit in US. | montyhedge
26/9/2017 12:21 | Just feel things will be quiet until next set of figures next year, let HP bed in and see what happens. | montyhedge
25/9/2017 17:23 | Thanks Enami clears that up. Wow Nasdaq getting hit tonight. | montyhedge
25/9/2017 17:19 | 08.01.2018 Interim Results 2017 Micro Focus will announce its Interim Results for the six months to 31 October 2017 on 8 January 2018. These Interim Results will include only 2 months trading of HPE Software. Micro Focus will now change its reporting reference date to 31 October and will report an 18 month financial period to 31 October 2018. | enami
25/9/2017 17:18 | not sure. surely they must have to update investors more frequent than that though, even if the formal accounts will be for 18 months. | mattyd
25/9/2017 14:56 | Thought went to 18 month reporting instead of 12 months for the first year. | montyhedge
25/9/2017 13:58 | half year figures will be in December, as will the 4th quarter results for HPE. | mattyd
25/9/2017 13:14 | Must admit things may go quiet, had all our dosh and dividends, I don't think next figures until March 2018 ? Is that right Sogosit. | montyhedge
25/9/2017 13:12 | Every time Loosemoore buys, shares up. Keep buying Kevin, lol | montyhedge
25/9/2017 10:27 | Chart looks ominous and "springy"... ready for a lurch upwards but not sure what the catalyst could be. | sogoesit
22/9/2017 12:29 | I hope all these Micro directors don't sell all their share awards at the same time! Not exactly chicken feed. Can we take it that they have all been well earned and their efforts will show up in the SP? | ringer12 |
