I reckon the main problem is we now have to wait a year to see if the merger is actually working and thereby lifting the share price Meanwhile it depends on how figures stack up with the present set up.

The UBS stance is neutral which is probably fair enough. They didn't issue a sell note.

Lets hope Micro continue to produce good results.

Find me a broker who predicted the cureent share price this time last year Monty. And certainly not you, bad moouthing this company every opportunity when you are not extollnig it. It's why people on here filter you- I would imagine you have ADD or similar and cannot stop yourself. But it bores not informs. DYOR and keep it to yourself

Yes not much of a target price and shares never seem to reach their target.

So Micro with full knowledge of what was involved would have considered all the pros and cons before coming to the agreement to merge with Hpe software but UBS who are more often wrong than right know better.

Then foreseeing all the difficulties they have a target price of 2350P. which is still above the present share price Logically this should mean that if everything goes well then the share price should reach considerably more than 2350P

I can't wait to see how it all transpires

UBS downgrades MCRO - in their opinion there is no upside and the 6 month results look good only because historical profits from HPE have been added.

Surely this RNS is only a reiteration of previous RNS. There doesn't seem to be any
thing in it that changes anything unless I have missed it.
