The trend is set and has been for awhile now. Institutions may not want to hold or be seen owning the stock. A rise after a big fall is common but usually sinks further eventually.

had a quick look at financials - very low profit margins and very high net debt.Will it even make a profit on a 8% fall in Revenue ? Think I'll avoid this one.

Of course it does.

An 8% fall in revenue doesn't mean an 8% fall in profits. It is going to be a magnitude of that due to fixed costs.

Plus - it signals management ineptitude.

Still - they might as well buy back all they can at these prices.

They now think they will do worse than 4-6% fall in revenue

It now expects:

"As such the board considers it appropriate to revise the guidance range for the year ending 31 October 2019 to minus 6% to minus 8%."

All of a sudden it is in the ftse 100 relegation zone, reshuffle next week so needs to bounce from here to stay in.
I was hovering over the buy button when it was at £16 thinking that if the company was buying back its own stock then the share price should be relatively solid.

The drop seems well OTT so I assume it will recover somewhat. Sure some bargain hunters will snap many up at this level.The share buyback scheme doesn't look too clever.

Seems rather excessive drop on 2% revenue warning ....? Not happy about the lower guidance obviously and expected a drop but not to this level.
