Exercise of Options
The Company notifies that Mick Brophy and Mark Wall, both Associate Directors of the Company, have each exercised share options over 13,595 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") for an exercise price of 66.2 pence per ordinary share pursuant to the Company's Sharesave scheme. The New Ordinary Shares rank pari-passu with existing ordinary shares and have been admitted to trading pursuant to the Company's Block Admission as announced on 22 June 2018.
The Company has also been notified that, following the above exercise, Mark Wall subsequently sold 13,595 ordinary shares for a price of 92 pence per ordinary share.
The Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 86,467,083 ordinary shares, of which none is held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 86,467,083, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
