Up 60% in 10 weeks, quite a performance. You would expect it to pause after the last surge. Goes XD Friday 3rd June so some fallback would not be surprising.

DCLG announced a few days ago that house building in England is highest since 2007/8. Together with positive news from similar companies hopefully any fallback in the share price over the summer will be limited pending half-year results on 4th September.

SP got a shift on today! Price could need time to consolidate, but an EOD close above 82.5 gives a new target of 96.75

Mildly positive reference to the UK brick market in today's update from Ibstock.

Maybe but volume would surely be higher - only about £44,000's worth traded today. But something is stirring for sure looking at the last two or three weeks of action.

I can't help but think of the 15 acres former PSM (edited) option land at Telford and wonder if something is in the offing there.

I see May will be kick starting social housing on a scale not seen since the 60's.This will require additional investment in many sectors to meet demand. This may be the catalyst required to push MBH to fresh all time multi year highs.

Yea, so is the paving slab industry. 3 month waiting list on many marshal patio products.

The brick industry is bonkers at the moment. Some Forterra products from Kirton factory not available until December! A good time to be making bricks.

It's difficult to know how much weight should be placed on the last few days drift upwards as the volumes have been particularly low. About £56,000 traded today. Still better drifting up on low volume than drifting down I guess.

Its a real bull and bear fight going on here but I suspect its going to eventually move on to a higher high. I think there is a modest buyer out there whi seems to take 20k chunks whenever they become available.

My idea of a tip is in the Sunday Times etc tips section, not some weekly magazines general reader content.

My Retirement Fund (808) "If it's tipped it should do 90p in a flash"

Investor's Chronicle mentioned it on the 24th of March. It may not have been in the "tips" section but it was probably in the "company results" section, where IC called it a buy.

Yes, share price looks good for further advances.

Didn't realise that this was originally set up as a co to save a brickworks threatened with closure.

Original management look to be moving on, which could make a t/o more likely.

PS. mrf, well done for spotting this early.

I suspect a new trading range will be established although 80/90p would be nice its more likely to be between 70p and 80p looking at the long term chart. If it's tipped it should do 90p in a flash and any takeover would need to be north of £1

Price hit overhead trendline resistance today but finished the day above, and closed the prior gap down, which now can become a support zone.
SP is above 200sma and is currently targeting approx 70

Potential apex based turns noted for 6 April
