Exercise of Options

Michelmersh (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that Tim Barnett, Associate Director of the Company, has exercised nil cost options over 2,563 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's LTIP scheme. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari-passu with existing Ordinary Shares and have been admitted to trading pursuant to the Company's Block Admission as announced on 18 April 2019.

As at 12 June 2019, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises 92,065,647 Ordinary Shares, of which none are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 92,065,647 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
