19/1/2014 13:07 | Any substance in pan and mbh or is it just a wish? | gutterhead
18/1/2014 16:00 | There are lots of reasons to be optimistic but at this price the cap is £60M which is scarcely cheap for a company that may post an operating profit of about £1M but a loss after exceptional costs. | alanrussell
18/1/2014 14:30 | Results due in a few weeks. We will see what "flat out" and brick price increases have done to the bottom line results and future prospects. I'm expecting it to continue from the 70-75 range it's currently at. I have been wrong before so dyor | gutterhead
15/1/2014 16:01 | Well at least it sounds like brick prices are gradually increasing in price.Their half year report was £347 per thousand now seems to be around £370 going by the article, all things considered still pretty cheap....... | samenic
15/1/2014 08:35 | Sounds all very +ve but will it translate into £££? | alanrussell
09/1/2014 20:52 | That director only sold a small share of what he holds but has got a nice rise recently. Still think there is a lot more to come from this company | gutterhead
09/1/2014 15:46 | Director cashing in on, must have made his christmas and new year when he read the tip in the paper, hope he bought a very fast flash car like a ferrari | envirovision
07/1/2014 22:47 | The city know someting about this stock. Results or some sort of good news. Been undervalued for too long IMO and reasonable results will see this over 100p Good luck to all | gutterhead
02/1/2014 19:28 | i sold out today and put my money to better use the rise was good but then it was listed as a share to watch not got another year to watch it | steven1404
02/1/2014 17:17 | thanks for that. watched it rise but not bought. on watch list though. | wednesday6
02/1/2014 12:24 | Not at these levels, i've made a good profit in my sipp on these but the placing was right on the money and not open and now we will need to seem some clarity on earnings and some future carrot regarding land re-zoning until then it currently looks fully valued to me. Pre-recession share price could be a long way away as the share capital is very different as is the company now. One last thought for you to chew over, its always a worry when a company cannot self fund manufacturing improvements organically remember all divisions are long established going concerns. | envirovision
30/12/2013 13:13 | I was thinking of buying in but have been put off by todays large rise, i'll keep an eye on it for a while for when mm's shake a few out. envirovision I've read your posts and wonder if your tempted to buy back in? is the pre recession share price price of £1.60 achievable, I don't know, as you point out dilution as occurred but wasn't the monies used to upgrade plant etc? | wednesday6
30/12/2013 12:34 | Yes the massive share dilution was the biggest blow for me. | envirovision
30/12/2013 10:32 | Blimey the share price here has gone bonkers since the weak interim results. Must admit I am not convinced that profitability will rise anything like quickly enough to justify the current share price All IMHO, DYOR. | shanklin
29/12/2013 11:25 | enviromoron talking about "possible buffoons"? Look in the mirror for a certain one, you thick-headed sheet of used toilet paper. | finkwot
28/12/2013 22:48 | Tipped by Daily Mail today, as one of the shares to watch next year | davethechef
09/12/2013 18:37 | Hi. Felix I'm still very bullish ref this stock. Net asset, brick price shortage and pressure, outlook and segment looks so strong. I will def hold until annual results come. There may even be a divi! | gutterhead
27/11/2013 09:07 | I used to be . I was out and tried to buy at 10p but couldn't even buy 10k of shares so gave up sadly. Had a dabble in late 20's to 30s but then sold out too early . It has been put in an MSCI micro cap index so that may be the reason for reason interest as well | felix99
27/11/2013 00:40 | Thanks Felix. Encouraging it has a quality investor taking a position. Good luck if your a holder Regards Gh | gutterhead
26/11/2013 08:18 | Miton is where Gervais Williams is these days. Leading small cap fund manager. | felix99
25/11/2013 19:08 | Anyone know about miton holdings? They are building a stake in mbh, now up to 5% Share price ticking up nicely. | gutterhead
20/11/2013 17:14 | If I were that big a shareholder, I would have complained also At least its ticking up | gutterhead
20/11/2013 11:00 | Looks like somebody else complained and got added to the placing list by increasing the allotments... Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC ("MBH" or the "Company") Additional Placing Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer and landfill company, announces that following the announcement earlier today of the placing of 22,222,222 Ordinary Shares, the Company has placed an additional 322,286 Ordinary Shares with a major shareholder (the "Additional Placing Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were placed at the Placing Price of 45 pence per share. | davidosh
19/11/2013 18:58 | Hi. David I do agree with the sentiment and logic, who wouldn't? I would have bought more at 45p and dare say there are many who own shares over that price who will be very annoyed. All that said, I can still see this share returning to 2006 levels sometime next year and the fundraising could help accelerate this Good luck Gh | gutterhead |
